Me

I am Evgeniy Gondov, a seasoned professional with a career journey that reflects a passion for excellence, innovation, and leadership. Born and raised in Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria, my early education laid a strong foundation in Economics and Accounting, where I graduated with top honors. These achievements qualified me as a certified accountant for small to medium-sized businesses in Bulgaria. Alongside my academic pursuits, I developed an early interest in technology and leadership, serving as editor-in-chief of my high school’s student newspaper.

I earned my BA in Computer Science with a minor in Political Science from the prestigious American University in Bulgaria (AUBG). During my university years, I gained valuable international work experience through summer programs in the United States, working across Texas, Maryland, Ohio, and more. Notably, my time with Marriott Hotels provided formal training in customer service excellence—skills that have shaped my professional ethos.

My career has spanned global organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Morgan Stanley, and Autodesk. At Procter & Gamble, I managed IT infrastructure and vendor contracts across the South Balkans. At Hewlett-Packard, I contributed to supply chain optimization for the EMEA region. My tenure at Morgan Stanley saw me rise to Vice President and Team Lead of the Analytics & Reporting Team, where I spearheaded transformative projects like automated dashboards and compliance tools that enhanced operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

At Autodesk, I led initiatives to convert piracy users into loyal customers by creating advanced analytics systems. Currently, I serve as a Senior Consultant and Agile Scrum Master at Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Governance Organization, where I oversee regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management processes on a global scale.

Over the years, I have conducted more than 200 interviews and successfully hired proven professionals who have gone on to achieve senior leadership roles within their organizations. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and fostering high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
